Kaci received her Doctor in Physical Therapy from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!) and she is Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She is also certified by the Institute of Clinical Excellence in Pelvic Health and is an Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer certified by the Adaptive Training Academy.

She specializes in treating individuals with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and vestibular diagnoses. Kaci also has enjoys working with individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, folks who are peri- or postpartum, and much more!

Madisyn received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arkansas Colleges of Health Education. During her education, she developed a passion for serving individuals with neurological conditions and helping patients maximize their independence, function, and quality of life. She joined Shift to build meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients while empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside of physical therapy, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, solving Sudoku puzzles, and reading.

As a proud River Valley native, Becca is passionate about helping Arkansas locals move with confidence and return to the activities they love. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education.

When she’s not in the clinic, Becca enjoys the outdoors, staying active at The Hangout, playing pickleball and golf, cross-stitching, and being with her people (and dog!). Becca believes physical therapy is about more than relieving pain, and is ready to restore your confidence, resilience, and returning to the life you love.

Reed and his life partner Kaci (also a physical therapist) moved from Columbia, South Carolina to Fort Smith in December of 2020 with the goal of improving healthcare in the region through providing top-shelf physical therapy and education. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and PhD in Exercise Science, Reed has studied exercise and movement for over a decade. He specializes in helping athletes, active older adults and individuals with neurological diagnoses (e.g., Parkinson’s) reach their peaks.

Reed founded SHIFT Peak Performance to raise the standard of care and to answer one question, “where would you send your family or friends if they needed help optimizing their movement?

Wade earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Arkansas College of Health Education and a Bachelor of Health Science from Hendrix College. During his time at Hendrix, he was a member of the football team and also worked as a student assistant athletic trainer, gaining early experience in rehabilitation and performance.

Wade is motivated to help individuals from all walks of life reach their goals. Whether that means improving mobility, returning to sport, or achieving new personal bests in the gym, he takes a personalized and goal-oriented approach to care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active through CrossFit, pickleball, and spending time outdoors, which further fuels his commitment to helping others live active, healthy lives.
